Planning Board tables officer elections, consults on subdivision

Agendas & · Meeting of March 17, 2026

NH RINDGE — Rindge Planning Board welcomes newly elected member Jenn Helsel and tables officer elections. Helsel attended the board's first full meeting on March 17, which tabled officer elections until April 7. The board heard a conceptual consultation from Zach Beckmann regarding a proposed two-acre subdivision of his grandmother's 21-acre Hilltop Drive parcel; though Beckmann holds a variance from the Zoning Board of Adjustment, Planning Director Al Bump indicated a second variance will be required.

Bump announced that next month will bring two short-term rental applications and one minor subdivision application for board consideration.
