Planning Board holds meeting with multiple applications pending

NH RINDGE — Planning Board holds meeting with six applications pending. The board scheduled review of three continued subdivision applications: Silver Lining Development, LLC seeking a two-lot minor subdivision on Forristall Road; Timothy S. and Anne M. Halliday Rev.
Trust seeking a five-lot major subdivision off Dolly Lane; and TF Moran Inc. for Boardwalk in Rindge Realty LLC seeking a 37-lot subdivision on New Hampshire Route 119. Three new applications also appeared: a short-term rental application from Eric and Marcella Stevens, a technical subdivision from GRAZ Engineering on behalf of Old Dog LLC and ATA Real Estate Holdings LLC, and discussion of a matter regarding Tieger Realty Co., Inc.
