Motion for rehearing granted in ZBA frontage variance case

NH RINDGE — Rindge ZBA grants rehearing on frontage variance, approves residential-use conversion. The Zoning Board of Adjustment voted 4-1 to grant Kimberly Naresky's motion for rehearing on a denied frontage variance at 32 McGregor Lane, with board member Marcia Breckenridge dissenting and a new hearing scheduled for August 25, 2026. Separately, the board unanimously approved a variance for Philip and Judith H Stenersen to convert their 29 Randed property from Business Light Industry to residential and agricultural use, with conditions prohibiting new industrial uses and running with the land through recorded deeds.
