Agendas & · Meeting of February 3, 2026

NH RINDGE — Rindge Planning Board reschedules March session to March 17th. The board voted unanimously to move the monthly meeting away from March 3rd, which conflicts with the town's Candidates Night. In other business, the board heard a conceptual consultation from Glenn Weiland, VP of Advent Lutheran Church council, regarding a potential residential rezoning of a 5-acre commercial-zoned parcel at 554 US Route 202.

The board advised pursuing a Use Variance through the Zoning Board of Adjustment. Planning Director Al Bump reported a slow application period and noted that only three short-term rental applications have been received; the board emphasized the need for the Board of Selectmen to establish an Airbnb licensing plan.
