NH RINDGE — Planning Board elects Aho chairman, approves short-term rental in Rindge. The Planning Board elected Joel Aho as chairman and voted unanimously to approve a short-term rental permit for John B. and Lynda M. Hunt's property at 1000 Sauvola Drive, subject to four conditions including Life-Safety inspection and maximum occupancy of three persons per bedroom.
In related business, the Board voted unanimously to accept a two-lot subdivision application from Kimberly Naresky on 32 McGregor Lane but continued the public hearing to May 5, 2026, after concerns emerged about whether Zoning Board variances were properly granted for creation of nonconforming lots.
