Trail Signage, Landscape Study Approved by Rindge Conservation Commission

NH RINDGE — Rindge Conservation Commission approves trail signage improvements and landscape scale project study. All eight members present backed $3,000 for spring 2026 trail signage rollout starting with Contoocook, plus $1,000 for a consultant-led Landscape Scale Project mapping the Wapack Range Corridor ahead of Earth Day. The commission also approved $200 for public trail map revisions and $325 for student signage printing for the FPU Earth Day Open House on April 24.
Commission members noted ongoing trail maintenance needs, including latticework repair at Contoocook and monitoring of offroad vehicle activity near Tetreault conservation land.
