NH RINDGE — Rindge Conservation Commission approves May workday for Contoocook repairs and cites subdivision concerns. The eight-member board unanimously approved up to $200 for lumber supplies to repair a boardwalk and wetlands at Contoocook during a May 9 workday. Members flagged significant environmental concerns about a proposed 37-resident subdivision on Map 4, Lot 3-1, citing wildlife corridors, a vernal pool not recorded in the wetlands impact assessment, Federal Emergency Management Agency flood zones, and potential septic field impacts.

Commission member Drouin said he will write a formal recommendation.
