NH RINDGE — Rindge ZBA approves 53-unit subdivision with development-limiting condition. The Zoning Board of Adjustment voted unanimously on Case #2026-03, approving a 37-resident subdivision (36 single-family, 16-unit multi-family) on 242 acres with 0.38 acres of wetlands disturbance. Case #2026-04, for the 16 multi-family units in four townhouses, also passed 5-0 after a 3-2 condition vote limiting future development of the property.
Chairman George Carmichael and voting members Marcia Breckenridge, Ross Thermos, Phil Stenersen, and Marty Kulla found traffic impacts manageable, property values undiminished, and water, sewer, and parking adequate on the parcel.
