Rindge Planning Board approved four subdivision applications and determined a 37-lot development has regional impact. The board unanimously approved minor and technical subdivisions for Gloria S. Marrotte and Timothy Halliday, with a separate Marrotte and East View Estates application passing 6-1.

Planning Board Hears Large Residential Development Proposal
Rindge Planning Board heard a 242-acre residential development proposal on Route 119. Jonathan from TFMoran presented the Boardwalk In Rindge project, proposing 37 lots with 36 single-family homes and one multi-family lot containing 16 units in four townhouse-style buildings.
