Planning Board · Meeting of June 2, 2026

NH RINDGE — Rindge Planning Board heard a 242-acre residential development proposal on Route 119. Jonathan from TFMoran presented the Boardwalk In Rindge project, proposing 37 lots with 36 single-family homes and one multi-family lot containing 16 units in four townhouse-style buildings. The site includes 40 acres of wetlands and a vernal pool.

Board members questioned the lack of a traffic study, the multi-family ownership structure, and water supply requirements; the Conservation Commission expressed support provided larger lots remain wooded. The Board also continued two applications from Gloria S. Marrotte and East View Estates Homeowners Association to July 7, involving a technical subdivision and minor subdivision of Cathedral Road properties, pending Town Attorney review of Planned Unit Residential Development modifications and conservation easement notification requirements.
