Planning Board · Meeting of August 4, 2026
NH RINDGE — Rindge Planning Board approved a major 37-lot subdivision with phased development restrictions. The board voted unanimously at its August 4 meeting to approve Boardwalk in Rindge Realty LLC's Route 119 development, limiting construction to eight units for the first two years and seven units annually in years three through five, subject to 12 conditions including an inspecting engineer retained and paid by the applicant, escrow account, and construction bond. All conditions must be satisfied within 180 days or approval becomes null and void.
The board also denied a minor Silver Lining subdivision without prejudice and continued a Halliday five-lot application to September 1, with the applicants told to provide a road standards waiver request, drainage plan, and maintenance agreement.
