NH RINDGE — Rindge Planning Board approved four subdivision applications and determined a 37-lot development has regional impact. The board unanimously approved minor and technical subdivisions for Gloria S. Marrotte and Timothy Halliday, with a separate Marrotte and East View Estates application passing 6-1.

Vice Chairman Doug Seppala presided. The board voted 4-3 that Boardwalk in Rindge Realty's 242.45-acre proposal on Route 119 requires regional coordination, directing Planning Director Al Bump to notify Winchendon, Ashburnham, Ashby, Southwest Regional Planning, and New Ipswich. The board continued to August 4 hearings on a Silver Lining Development subdivision with frontage concerns and a five-lot Halliday subdivision with road-maintenance questions.
