Planning Board approves Robbins Road minor subdivision

NH RINDGE — Rindge Planning Board approves Robbins Road two-lot split. The board voted unanimously (7-0-0) to approve a minor subdivision that divides a 10.67-acre parcel on Robbins Road into two residential lots: one at 8.61 acres with 309.66 feet of frontage, the other at 2.055 acres with 250.76 feet of frontage. The application, submitted by Paquin Land Surveying on behalf of The Gary Niskala & Yvonne Niskala Revocable Trust, was approved subject to four conditions including monumentation and compliance with all applicable permits.

The board also heard preliminary conceptual consultations on a four-lot subdivision at Map 3 Lot 8-5-1 and a mixed-use commercial project on US Route 202.
