Zoning Board denies frontage variance for McGregor Lane lot
Agendas & · Meeting of May 26, 2026
NH RINDGE — Rindge Zoning Board denies variance for reduced frontage on McGregor Lane. The ZBA voted 4-1 to deny Case #2026-06, which sought to permit creation of a building lot with insufficient road frontage on a 42-acre property owned by Kimberly Naresky at 32 McGregor Lane. The property has 50.41 feet of frontage where 250 feet is required by ordinance.
Chairman George Carmichael argued the property is already being used for residential purposes with an existing home and the owner therefore has reasonable use. The board found the applicant failed to demonstrate unnecessary hardship under the required variance criteria.
