NH RINDGE — Rindge Planning Board approves six-lot Rand Road subdivision with design waivers. The Planning Board approved the Stenersen major subdivision in the Business Light Industry district, granting waivers for minimum tangent length (6-0-1 vote) and centerline radii (3-1-3 vote) requirements while imposing 10 conditions including phased occupancy of three units in year one and three in year two, engineering inspections, and a 180-day deadline to meet all conditions or face voiding of approval. The board also approved four other subdivision and short-term rental applications, including a conditional minor subdivision for Kimberly Naresky pending a variance from the Zoning Board, and consolidated the short-term rental approval process.
